Pros
Easy job, but long hours. there was nothing hard about the job, and the main goal was to provide excellent customer services. They had a health and dental plan as well as savings plans.
Cons
Pay was low, food for employees was unhealthy. Because the ultimate goal of the Hyatt was to maximize profit sometimes they neglected the needs of their employees.
