Pros
There are lots of opportunities to move. Once you reach Assistant Manager level they provide assistance with moving. As long as you are self motivated, the opportunities are there. The wage isn't the best, however they make up for that with other opportunities and benefits. They do seem to pay more than most other businesses in the career however. Just don't go someplace like LA looking for a good wage. Great work culture.
Cons
It is very difficult to get into their CMT program. Moving up is not only based on what you know, but who you know. Networking is very important!!!
