Great hourly pay. Captains are professional. Corporate structure, so the drive to maintain pristine reputation. After entree and desert is served, can relax a bit.
Cons
The masses. Co-workers are motley crew, diverse personalities and characters. Have to grow a third tougher skin. Loud music, lots of time-driven pressure.
