Pros
Beautiful view while on the job, great pay for my first cooking job, amazing human resources team, very high class hotel, paid holidays, free hotel stays.
Cons
Never got any holidays off, never enough cooks to do the job needed, chef's were rude, had to work while clocked out on breaks.
