People inventory - Hyatt Corporation has a "people inventory" list for managers in order to help us in our company growth within the company
Cons
Operation Managers are "expected" to transfer after 5 years of service. However, as it is a smaller chain compared to other companies, not many hotels within the same city to transfer and grow.
