Pros
It's really important to work at a company with a culture of success... where managers and leaders are actually invested in the success of their team members. Every single person I've met at Hyatt, is not only focused on their own success, but is focused on the success of their team, and that is so important.
Cons
Haven't come across any "cons" yet... and I don't imagine that I will :)
