Pros
The Best company i worked for, Top Management are very knowledgeable, hands-on, and very fair and equal in treatment. If you are right they will appraise you and if you are wrong they will try their best to teach you and make sure that you learn it. You have a voice that is heard and take action to fix it. I bow my head to the GM and Asst. Manager during my employment year 2022 to 24.
Cons
Crab mentality of co workers(pioneers), backstabbing, false accusation, gossip, lower manager take advantage on their position to do improper action.
