      Pros

      All the HRs are working hard to provide an excellent working environment and atmosphere for each employee, try hard to make us feel at home. Actually, it's our home due to the cozy decoration in the office.

      Cons

      If you can't fit in, it's pretty hard to stay because of the cultural differences.
