Pros
I've been working with IGG for more than 2 years. I would say from an objective perspective that the company is in its up growing trend though there are still some areas for improvement. The company is employee-focus oriented. They care about employees. I got really touched when I received the thanksgiving gift from the company, showing its appreciation for every employees' contribution in this pandemic year.
Cons
Sometimes deadline is tight and a bit work pressure, but it's a usual circumstance, no matter whichever company you work with.
