      No Work-Life Balance - Working overtime Extreme Competition between colleagues on cinematics turnover rate Underpaid Lots of revisions and probably re-working the whole cinematics in the short span of completing a cinematic/week Speaking in foreign languages most of the time, not including those who's a native English speaker.
