Pros
- Being part of a company that believes in games it creates matters a lot. this means They invest in choosing excellent supervisors who started from the ground up and understand the strains and strengths of the task at hand. super-shoutout to Sir Jeff for making the creative teams feel cared for and encouraged, and having our backs 24/7. - same goes with the HR Department ladies. - Our bosses admonish us to not do overtime. that means a lot to us.
Cons
... the creative team could grow a little faster than it is now. there's so much talent to go around, it would be a crying shame to not branch out. It would also be great if there were more avenues for growth, including training. learning additional skills, and so on.
