      Outstanding benefits package; medical, dental, vision, 401k! Excellent work/life balance where there is a huge sense of pride to work for IKEA.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
