      There are too many to list. No professionalism at this company. Leadership is clueless. You can ask them questions and they have no idea what they are doing. I came from medical device sales, so I was expecting the same level of professionalism and was greatly disappointed in the companies sales tactics. Look at their reviews please before trying to work here.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
