Incompetent leadership from the top down. Micromanaging unhelpful middle management. Have to work overtime just to hit the minimum expectations. Free treatments impossible to get anymore. Toxic work environment. Clinics are pitted against consultants and vice versa. Any positive reviews you may find on here were coerced from upper management. Truly just an awful toxic experience.

Cons
High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
