      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Like the work and doing the services. Good start into aesthetics

      Cons

      Not treated as a provider but as an hourly employee. Education level not respected. SALES is the primary and sometimes only focus, even at the expensive of clients and staff. Appt times shorten, sales goals raised. NO benefits for part time

While we currently do not offer medical benefits to part time employees, we do offer a generous 401k Plan with an employer match as well as supplemental voluntary benefits with Allstate.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
