Pros
Fun working environment, guests are happy to do something for themselves and are healthy, if you are lucky enough to have Gary Bufalo for a regional manager, you will be so happy to work for someone you can respect who keeps things positive and solution based and is a straight shooter. If you are a registered nurse or ARNP or PA, this is the place to be. Great hours and pay and a fun job in aesthetic nursing.
Cons
For work/life balance, you have to know that you are working every Saturday and one later evening a month and probably the last Monday of the month in addition to the normal Tuesday through Saturday 9-6. The Sunday/Monday off works for most, but for those used to weekends off, this is not that job. As long as your expectations of what you can expect and what you have to bring to the table are clear, you will love working here.
