      Pros

      I have worked for Ideal Image for almost 5 years. The company has expanded and the growth has been a phenomenal experience for my career. I get to work closely with upper management, including our president, Bruce Fabel. Our president and our great teams are leading this company to great success.

      Cons

      We work at a very speedy pace but it keeps us on our toes and I enjoy the challenges we face from working at a speedy face.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
