Pros
I worked for the company for a while and what I can say is, especially recently, we've never been afraid of new technology. Our President, Bruce Fable, has embraced technogy and has encouraged the use of it. When working in IT, it is very exciting when working with the latest software and devices. You never want to stay complacent with whatever company you work for and it's refreshing to know that we are striving to not be left behind and be the leaders whether it be in IT or business wise.
Cons
Cons. That's a hard one. I can only speak in regards to the IT department. I love our department and we've been together through thick and thin. What I can say it's sad to see someone leave when they've grown beyond what we can provide them position wise. I wish our department were bigger and we had more positions available to allow for further advancements and specialities. Then again this would truly be nitpicking. In a way it also be selfish on my part as I don't want to see anyone leave.
