Regional Directors that cares about their staff, and quality of work and life balance for their staff Ethical leaders Great new Services Tons of training for Providers! Previous reviews said there wasn't much training, I've been in the business for years and the providers have EXTENSIVE training, more than even doctors offices. You can really shine with the company if you are a hard worker and care about the guests I think some of the negative reviews were from previous employees with victim mentalities and bad attitudes. You can get as MUCH as you put in with this company if you work hard and are a positive team player!
