      Great company culture, promotions within, training, initiallyI read these reviews and was nervous but after meeting so many enthusiastic ten year employees I knew I had joined a great company that would be moving on an upward path.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
