Pros
The sales training is great. The training continues during your employment as well. Managers are always on duty so you can get help with sticky situations - that normally has to do with getting your clients financed for the services they want to get.
Cons
The marketing can sometimes seem misleading so when you have someone that wants to purchase, and you display the cost - the potential client gets upset because the pricing or sale or monthly payment is not what they interpreted it to be. So, you have to dance around it and try to get them to see past the cost and get back to the value. Sometimes it works but it can be frustrating.
