      Pros

      The company is always in growth mode which can open for new ideas, new modalities, new products and training, etc.

      Cons

      The growth is very chaotic and senior leaders lack understanding of the business at clinic level when making impactful decisions. Very toxic and stressful company where pay fluctuates greatly and goals are unattainable so bonuses dont need to be paid out.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
