Pros
I didn't really have any serious problems while working at Inditex. In general, the lack of timely and inadequate raises and the lack of supervision by the top management were reducing the happiness level of us employees. Almost every day our shifts were changed with notice (or worse, without notice). This is one of the main events that upset the work-life balance. Although many complaints were sent to the main department about shift changes and managers' separation of people, no feedback was received from the center. It was a complete mystery how promotions within the store were determined or how people were selected for promotion. A company that refrains from giving compensation except in compulsory cases (if you need to be fired, they politely ask you to write your resignation). Everything I have written may seem negative. It is still possible to have a pleasant time. When you have a complaint, the likelihood of your managers listening to you and taking action is above average. You get a higher salary than many retail stores in Turkey.
Cons
not sanctioning bullying managers, work-life imbalance due to uncertain working hours, inadequate raise rates
