Generous PTO with birthday days, floating holidays, and volunteer time
Cons
They are eliminating perks left and right. They took away Summer Fridays that we had for years. They are pushing return to office hard. New HR policies are killing morale. Six months ago this was a top place to work. New policies are making many current employees look elsewhere.
