Pros

- Open Office concept - Hire Recent Graduates - Sign on Bonus - Travel often/Options to move

Cons

- They just hire anyone (There are immature unprofessional people that work here people come in whenever they want and like to disrupt others) - Similar to high school and speed dating (guys are very thirsty and make inappropriate comments. I've noticed Sexual harassment only being with infosys for 2 months) - Not enough communication about company protocol (every man for themselves) - Not enough transparency (goes with communication) - They do not align people based on your education and work experience (They will retrain you regardless of what experience you have) - Disorganized (They don't plan or communicate expectations or company protocol) - Border line scamming clients (not sharing information that is owed to clients) - Not Agile (More waterfall, but like to sell themselves as agile when they are not) - Prevent associates from getting projects that would be more ideal for them ( They like to put Business analysts in Developer and testing roles which would be okay if they Business analysts had the experience. - Force unwanted projects on associates and don't take the associate's well-being into consideration ( I know one person who had to put there two weeks in just to get off a project/client due to unhealthy work life balance) If you have to work here then you better come with a plan because for a billion dollar company it's absolutely terrible the way they operate here in the USA.

Good learning opportunities – Access to internal learning platforms, certifications, and training programs (especially for freshers). Global exposure – Opportunities to work with international clients and global delivery teams. Structured processes – Well-defined policies, documentation, and governance. Work-life balance (project dependent) – Many teams offer reasonable working hours. Employee benefits – Health insurance, paid leaves, and wellness initiatives. Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Cons

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
