- Managers will be constantly engaged in needless faultfinding on frivolous issues - Many managers feel that insulting employees is the best way to get work out of them - Organization for managers with little to no scope of growth for architects - Undue emphasis on attendance with no flexibility to work from home - It is sad that Indian IT companies are killing family life of their employees. You can not bring your kides to work other than on pre allocated days. - With 9.25 hours attendance rquirement, you eefectively spend around 12 hours a day to work and commute to work as offices are far off from city leaving you little or no time for yourselves and family
