      It's easy to resign from RSA, which before long you'll realise the blessing that is. Good news is it's easy to be a professional meeting go-er

      Clueless management, antiquated IT, stubborn refusal to realise the company is in the toilet amongst long serving staff who just want to retain the status quo

      Pros

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Cons

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
