Pros

- Extremely stable company with high salaries and generous yearly bonus. - No long hours. - Olim-friendly company.

Cons

- Stagnated management style and not willing to change existing processes. Perhaps it stems from the reason that a lot of people work 10+ at the company. - No office culture, The last office-wide fun event happened more than 2 years ago, no informal communication between teams or even office floors. It's simply come to the office, work, leave. - Everything is done via email so expect 50+ emails a day. - Everything is monitored: time of entrance to the office, which websites are you visiting, when and how lunch allowance is being used. - It's okay for company to be apolitical but it feels that the company ignores the fact that the country is at war and prioritizes adhering to company policy rather than flexibility and needs of their employees. - Quite old tech-stack with way too complicated flows and proprietary technologies. - Really complicated product that is minimally explained during onboarding. The rest you have to figure out yourself without any documentation. - 4 days WFO.

No hybrid model, 5 day in the office not in line with industry or general market.

Pros

Giant international corporation with unlimited resources. Multiple locations around the country and the globe with tons of jobs that are open for internal transfer (with some considerations). Generally high pay range.

Cons

Giant international corporations treat you as an unlimited resource. They use "Unlimited PTO" model for Sick and Vacation time, which I feel is a misnomer and a disingenuous concept as a whole. Unrealistic fixation on making employees use AI with no clear plan or direction on how it should happen.
