      Cons

      Anti union, Management loves hire turnover. They only want one or two people that know what they are doing onsite and then they just want high turnover to keep cost of labor down.

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Cons

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
