Pros
Work goes through busy and slow seasons. Experience is greatly dependent on your manager and I lucked out heavily here. Reputable, stable company for the most part (felt better about the stability factor before the most recent election)
Cons
WFH policy is forever changing and moving towards full RTO. Work location tracking feels belittling and has alienated a lot of the top talent and lead to disengaged employees who mostly have one foot out the door unless you’re one of the RARE few who have been here for over 5 years. Conflicting priorities makes it difficult to prioritize what work needs to be done first.
