      Pros

      Decent salary coming out of college Some good hard working people there that are willing to help new trainees learn

      Cons

      Long work hours - work life balance is on existent No raise for last two years of work Promotions given based on politics and brown nosing as opposed to actual hard work and skill

      Vacation is good and fair.

      Cons

      The security department is the lowest paid. Management treats you like crap. Dead weight guards who are always hurt or lazy. They promote on people suck good.
