- Salary raises and bonuses are 100% performance based. - Higher leadership consists entirely mostly of Brazilians and the Batista family running the whole show. - Desired ability to play corporate politics as managers will make assumptions about performance and co-workers can stab you in the back. - Salaried employees are expected to do 10 hour work days. - Very old school business environment. Get up, work your butt off, go home, and repeat. - Poor work life balance.
