Exceptional leadership at all levels - from direct managers to senior leadership. Supportive and collaborative colleagues. Strong benefits package. Beautiful campus in Milwaukee that makes coming to work enjoyable

Cons

As with any large company, it takes time to learn the ins and outs and navigate internal processes

Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
