Pros

Better Commute than previous company.

Cons

Boy..where do I start. If your a seasoned engineer stay clear away. You will be extremely disapointed and bored of the day to day work. Very little, if no engineering projects. However, If your're a recent graduate, you might (I stress might) learn some engineering to add to your resume that will help lead you to a much better company after a few years. Great Setting stone for novice engineers.
