      COEE India is an outright " Boss decides everything " sort of a company . People are fooled by the reviews of JCI and COEE is a sort of a BPO to do cheaper worker for JCI . Pros Excellent reviews if you can please your boss. Excellent benefits as it is a subsidiary of JCI

      Extended working hours everyday Very low pay Awful office environment
