      Great benefits, safe and courteous workplace for men, women, and minorities. The company gives back generously to the community and is one of the "greenest" companies to work for in the U.S.

      Cons

      Getting ahead is more about who you know and how long you've worked there than actual accomplishments, which has led to a small group of very tenured people in most management roles.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
