Pros

"The employees on the production floor are a REALLY GOOD group of people. I would put them up against any JCI plant out there. I have never been in another facility where team mates pool together like they do here ,to take care of another member in crisis."

Cons

"Management is running our facility into the ground. They blame 99% of our down time on the employee when in all reallity its poor incoming product, faulty equipment and poor management. Were just a stepping stone for plant managers. We have been in Sycamore IL . since 1987 and have changed plant managers and HR managers damn near every 2 years which causes so much inconsistency that you never know whats going to happen tomorrow. Now ,we just got another new plant manager who comes in and wants everything done his way just like the rest of our past plant managers. Which once again means change. ."
