Pros

Work with very serious Customers. Being able to be a part of robust development processes. Have the chance to go on business trips all over the world.

Cons

Lots of overtime at some points. Management does not want to spend money on trainings or if it does they might be delayed after it is really needed... Usually tools are bought with only financial aspect not if they are 100% suitable for the projects.

Pros

Great employees, people, and pay. Excellent 401k match

Cons

Nothing, slow moving upper management but that’s at every large company

Pros

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
