Business Outlook
Pros
Offered me some of the best lifetime opportunities to gain experience. Paid good benefits and salary. Some good direct managers. Good work/life balance, at least it depends where you are in the company.
Cons
Company has gone downfall very fast, cost cutting to the bone. Outsources literally everything it can. Will not invest any money into improving processes to save the company. Managers have habits of hiding things from you, especially things that will impact you negatively. Chances are within two years of starting your job you'll be outsourced to a cheaper overseas place. Don't expect long-term careers nowadays.
