      Pros

      Nice people, interesting work. Great location for Summer Fest. Make an effort to plan goals and conduct yearly reviews, even if goals are not tracked throughout year.

      Cons

      Too caught up in processes. Company is a dinosaur that moves too slow. Needs to streamline in order to react to market changes quicker. Can't get out of its own way.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
