      Pros

      Employee Loyalty is very important in the company if you do a good job. This is rewarded by usually working with you to find you the right job till you fing the correct fit within the company.

      Cons

      Long Work Hours weem to a prerequisite, whether working form home or trying tocomplete projects. Also to get further within the company relocation and moving family seems to be the norm to get diverse experiences as this is an intermational company.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
