      Good pay and benefits, good honest day to day employees

      Cons

      Company tends to treat employees like a number. A lot of pressure to sell to make an unattainable sales goal. Corporate directives interfere with field business and are communicated as mandates. Unhappy employees, scared if they will lose their job.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
