      Pros

      The pay was good. Work environment was clean, safe. Constant emails kept us informed to changes in benefits as well as opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      Management outside of our location was non responsive to poor work relations with client. Client constantly "micro managed", which really drove down productivity and moral. Requests to upper management to address the issue went unanswered.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
