Pros
Great People! A forward thinking work ethic, and they rarely point fingers at there own. We always concentrate on mending the problem versus finding someone to blame. Very professional environment also.
Cons
None that are big, The only thing would be since its a large company and you work with many people is to make sure when you need info go to the source. Sometimes words can get twisted when its gets passed down through the vine. Easily cleared up once you get together and discuss.
