      Great teams (I did change more than 3 and they were all excellent) Team and colleagues like a family Free time and self time organization Management close to the employees The company invests in your growth

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
