Pros

Johnson Controls, Inc. offers generous salary for the position. They are very competitive in that regard. It is typical for managers to permit as much time off for illness as necessary. They tend not to count every day you are out, as long as the work gets done.

Cons

The biggest downside of working at Johnson Controls is the two weeks' vacation given. Coming in at a professional level, the firm rule is "two weeks". Period.
