Pros

You still can get medical insurance, even if it keeps getting worst.

Cons

No money to be spent on employees or jobs. Terrible view of the customer and the employees are sick of doing multiple jobs. They have cut back on 401K matches and they have decided to delay rather than invest. Not a long term strategy.

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
