      Good career opportunity, good facilities are provided.

      Cons

      Work environment is very stressful, politics, working hours are more than 10 hours, you may have to work on weekends also. They make you work on the technology you have not been hired for.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
