I wanted to write a few thoughts as I see they are rehiring. I anticipate it will not be inspiring, nor the roles will have a true impact. - The way they've treated people pre - during pandemic showed the little humility and respect they have for their employees. Random firings and reorgs, undeserved promotions or poor communication when some were left in leave during COVID. - Lastly, GOOGLE, deserves capital letters as it keeps eating their share of the pie yet they KAYAK has not innovated. My advice, think twice before you hit Apply
