      - Truly international - Involved in high profile projects - Active organizations for young professionals (IMPACT)

      Cons

      - Mobility might be hard if you have family - Some country only has engineering services, not full EPC services which may limit level of experience for the hired engineers

      Pros

      401k match up to 6%. Management is good. End of the year pay raises are usually above average inflation percentages.

      Cons

      Low salary for the work. Benefits overall are average. They are slowly doing away with hybrid work.
